ELIGIBLE ITEMS FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE ARE:
- Returns should be in good condition, not worn or washed, with the tag still attached.
- Within 7 days from the delivery date.
- For local orders, once your order has been placed and paid, you can no longer refund your payment. We only allow exchange of product.
We always do quality check before shipping your orders but in rare times that you might receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately so that we can exchange the item. Kindly return the item within 48 hours and we will send back the new item with free delivery.
Receiving the wrong order, size or color:
Please notify us immediately so that we can exchange the item. Kindly return the item within 48 hours and we will shoulder both shipping costs.
Exchanging an item with a different design:
If ever you are not satisfied with the product you received, you may only exchange the product with a different design/size with the same/higher price. Please inform us immediately so that we can process your request for exchange. Please note that the costs of shipping will be paid at customer's own expense (returning the item to us and sending back your package).
If you haven't decided yet what to exchange it with, you may send back the item to us and we will give you a store credit code that you may use for future purchase.

- If the returned item is not eligible for return (used / not in good condition), the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping it back again. We reserve the right to refuse returns on fair and reasonable grounds.
