Received a damaged product:

We always do quality check before shipping your orders but in rare times that you might receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately so that we can exchange the item. Kindly return the item within 48 hrs and do take note that the cost of shipping for return will be shouldered by the customer and we will send back the new item with free delivery.

Receiving the wrong order, size or color:
Please notify us immediately so that we can exchange the item. Kindly return the item within 48 hours and we will shoulder both shipping costs.

Exchanging an item with a different design:
If ever you are not satisfied with the product you received, you may only exchange the product with a different design/size with the same/higher price. Please inform us immediately so that we can process your request for exchange. Please note that the costs of shipping will be paid at customer's own expense (returning the item to us and sending back your package).

- International orders are non-refundable and not allowed for return/exchange.
-For local orders, once your order has been placed and paid, you can no longer refund your payment.
-If you wish to return but don't have a choice yet for the exchange, we can make your payment as a store credit that you may use to purchase in our store in the future.
- Only exchanges are allowed strictly within 7 days upon receiving your package. Please send us a request for exchange thru email.
- Return of the items must be shipped to us within 48 hrs after your request for exchange. 
- Returns should be in good condition, not worn or washed, with tag still attached.
- We will send the new product once we receive and confirm that your item is eligible for return.
- If the returned item is not eligible for return, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping it back again.
