RETURN + EXCHANGE

We guarantee that we do quality control before we ship your orders. Returns and exchanges almost never happen with us, but to be certain, here are the terms for Returns and Exchanges:

-Once your order has been placed and paid, you can no longer refund your payment.
-Only exchanges are allowed strictly within 48 hrs upon receiving your package. Send us a request for exchange thru email.
-Return of the items must be shipped to us within 48 hrs after your request for exchange.  Payment for both deliveries will be handled by the customer.
-Returns should be in good condition, not worn or washed, with tag still attached.
-We will not send a new product until we receive and confirm that your item is eligible for return.
-If the returned item is not eligible for return, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping it back again.

Below are situations wherein you are eligible to exchange a product:

Receiving a damaged product:
If you ever receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately so that we can exchange the item. Return the item within 48 hrs and do take note that the cost of shipping for return will be shouldered by the customer and we will send back the new item with free delivery.

Receiving a wrong order, size or color:
Please notify us immediately so that we can exchange the item. Return the item within 48 hours with delivery fee shouldered by the customer and we will send back the right item with free delivery.

Exchanging an item with a different design:
If ever you are not satisfied with the product you received, you may only exchange the product with a different design/size with the same/higher price. Please inform us immediately so that we can process your request for exchange. Do take note that the costs of shipping for return will be shouldered by the customer (returning the item to us and sending back your package).
