What payment methods do you accept?

Can I change my payment method?
Yes, email us directly at suzyclothing@gmail.com for details.

I am ordering from another country, how do I settle my payment?

For International orders, we only accept: 

WESTERN UNION (remittance) and PAYPAL that accepts Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American express card. 

Please note that our pricing and transactions are processed in our main currency in PHP.

SHIPPING

What are your shipping methods?
We ship thru J&T express for orders in the Philippines and FEDEX for international orders.

Do you accept same day delivery such as Lalamove or Grab Express?

Yes we do if your order is on-hand. Shipping fee will be paid at customer's own expense. Contact us thru email or instagram DM (@suzyclothing) for a faster transaction.

How much are your shipping rates?

129- Visayas & Mindanao

Free shipping nationwide for orders worth 3500 and up.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do via FEDEX! 

Shipping cost for International orders are subject to your respective location and weight of your orders. The customer is responsible for paying any duties and taxes required by the respective country upon delivery. 

Your signature is required upon delivery of the package, kindly track your order at Fedex.com so you can expect its arrival.

Fedex delivers door to door, we currently don't deliver to P.O. boxes.

Remote areas have an additional special fee, we will email you if ever your address is in out of delivery area.

How long does shipping take?

On-hand: 1-2 processing days + delivery days

Pre-order: 7-12 processing days + delivery days

Custom order: 2-3 weeks + delivery days

(strictly no rush orders).

Delivery days:
Metro Manila- 1-3 business days
Provincial - 3-5 business days
International- 3-10 business days

Business days do not include Sundays and Holidays in the Philippines.

We usually send an email confirmation regarding how many processing days your order will take. Please note that we don't control anything over our courier's end, so we can't guarantee the exact arrival date of your package.  

How many days will I wait until I receive my  Pre-order?
Pre-orders will take 7-12 production days+ delivery days.


How do I track my delivery status?
You may track your order delivery status via JTexpress.ph or Fedex.com

Why is my tracking number not showing up in the results?
Don't panic, your tracking information may be encoded once your package reaches the courier's headquarters so it may not appear in their system yet. Try checking again at a later time. 

Help! My package hasn't arrived yet at your given time period.
This situation rarely happens, but you may try reaching J&T to report your issue at (02) 8911 1888, or you may try contacting any J&T branch near you. 

For Fedex deliveries, if your package still hasn't arrive within 3-10 business days, kindly contact your country's Fedex hotline to report the delay.

If they still haven't addressed the issue, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to help you resolve the problem.
