How do I pay thru bank cash deposit?
For first time online shoppers, it can look intimidating to pay through a bank but you don't even need a bank account! Just follow these easy steps:

Go to your preferred bank (BPI/BDO) and fill up the deposit slip with your necessary information together with Suzy's account number. Once filled, go in line to a bank teller and hand in your deposit slip and payment. The teller will give you a receipt of your deposit slip and that is the one you are going to send us via email (taking a picture of it would be just fine).

Can I change my payment method?

What is your shipping methods?
We ship thru ZOOM.

How much are your shipping rates?
Flat rate:

60php- Metro Manila

145php- Provincial (Rizal included)

Free shipping on orders PHP 3000.00 and up

How long does shipping take?

If your order is in-stock, we ship the next business day after your payment has been settled. If your order is not in-stock, we process it for 3-6 working days before we ship it (strictly no rush orders).

Delivery days:

Metro Manila- 1-2 business days

Provincial- 3-5 business days. 

(Note: we only ship Mondays-Saturdays except Holidays)

How many days will I wait until I receive my quick custom order?
Quick custom orders will take 3-6 working days+ delivery days.

Note: Your tracking information will be encoded once your package reaches the ZOOM headquarters. 

Why is my tracking number not showing up in the results?
Don't panic, your tracking information usually take up to 24 hours before it is encoded into Xend's system. Try checking again at a later time. 

Help! My package hasn't arrived yet at your given time period.
This situation rarely happens, but if it does, you can try reaching ZOOM to report your issue:

Do you ship internationally?
Not available as of now. We only ship orders inside the Philippines.

Do you do meet ups?
Unfortunately, our schedules tend to change so we can't commit on meet up for orders. But don't fret! You can pick up your order at our studio (email us for details).
