SHIPPING

What is your shipping methods?
We ship thru J&T express. 

We do free shipping for orders P3000 and up.

Do you accept same day delivery such as Lalamove or Grab Express?

Yes we do if your order is on-hand. Shipping fee will be paid upon delivery of the item to the customer. Contact us via email for faster transaction.

How much are your shipping rates?

85- Metro Manila

95- Greater Manila (Luzon Provinces)

105- Provincial (Visayan and Mindanao Provinces)

How long does shipping take?

If your order is in-stock, we ship the next business day after your payment has been settled. If it's for Pre-order, we process it for 7-9 working days before we ship it (strictly no rush orders).

Delivery days:

Metro Manila- 1-3 business days

Provincial- 3-7 business days. 

We ship Monday-Saturday except for Holidays.

We usually send an email confirmation regarding how many processing days your order will take. Please note that we don't control anything over our courier's end, so we can't guarantee the exact arrival date of your package.  

How many days will I wait until I receive my  Pre-order?
Pre-orders will take 7-9 production days+ delivery days.


How do I track my delivery status?
You may track your order delivery status via JTexpress.ph


Why is my tracking number not showing up in the results?
Don't panic, your tracking information may be encoded once your package reaches the courier's headquarters so it may not appear in their system yet. Try checking again at a later time. 

Help! My package hasn't arrived yet at your given time period.
This situation rarely happens, but you may try reaching J&T to report your issue at (02) 8911 1888

Or contact any J&T branch near you.

If they still haven't addressed the issue, please contact us immediately and we will help you resolve the problem. 

Do you ship internationally?

We only ship in PH as of now.

Do you do meet ups?
We allow order pick ups at our studio located at Eastwood, Quezon City (email us at suzyclothing@gmail.com for details).
