HOW TO ORDER
ORDER
1.Find the item/s you wish to purchase and click the 'ADD TO CART' button. You may check the items in your cart by clicking the cart icon on the upper right side.
2. Proceed to the 'CHECK OUT' button once you are done
3. Supply the necessary information. After, click the 'COMPLETE ORDER' button.
4. Choose your payment option-Online bank or cash deposit (BDO/ BPI), Money Transfer (GCASH, MAYA ) or Paypal.
5. Settle your payment to your chosen payment method. Send us a scanned copy or photo of your deposit slip to suzyclothing@gmail.com with subject 'PAYMENT- (FULL NAME)'.
5. Once we have verified your payment, we will send you a confirmation email. Pre-orders usually takes 7-12 working days. On-hand takes 1-2 working days.
6. Once your order is ready for delivery, we’ll email you the tracking number.
7. Sit back and wait for your order to arrive at your doorstep.
IMPORTANT NOTE
ON-HAND items will be processed for 1-2 business days before delivery (Holidays and Sundays excluded).
PRE-ORDER items will be processed for 7-12 working days before delivery (strictly no rush orders).
CUSTOM ORDER will be processed for 2-3 weeks before delivery.
