HOW TO ORDER
Hi there! Purchasing with us is easy and convenient! Just follow these simple steps:
1. Find the item/s you are looking for and simply click the 'ADD TO CART' button. You may add/ remove items by clicking the cart button on the upper right side of the website.
2. Proceed to the 'CHECK OUT' button once you are done and fill in the necessary information, then click the 'COMPLETE ORDER' button.
3. Choose your payment option- Bank deposit (BDO/ BPI), Western Union, LBC, and Paypal.
4. If you chose the Bank deposit/ Money transfer as the mode of payment, we will send you the account details. Settle your payment to your chosen bank then send us a scanned copy or photo of your deposit slip at email@example.com with subject 'PAYMENT- (your full name)'.
5. Once we confirmed your payment, we will send you a confirmation email and how many processing days it will take (if your order is not on-hand we process it for 3-6 working days, otherwise if it’s on-hand we ship your package the next business day.)
6. Once your order is ready for delivery, we’ll email the tracking number. You may check the delivery status of your order thru zoomcourier.ph
7. Sit back and wait for your order to arrive at your doorstep.
In-stock orders will be shipped the next business day after payment has been confirmed (Sundays and holidays excluded).
If order is not on-hand, it will be processed for 3-6 working days after payment has been made and will be shipped promptly (strictly no rush orders).
If you want to know if your order is on-hand, please email us. We usually send the number of processing days via email after order has been confirmed.
